Instructions

  1. Layer the phyllo sheets individually, buttered, into the pan, with pistachios in between.
  2. Cut into diamonds.
  3. Bake at 170 °C for about 45 min. until golden.
  4. Pour cold sugar syrup over the hot pastry and let it soak.
