Ingredients · for 8 servings
- 500 g phyllo dough
- 300 g pistachios
- 250 g butter
- 300 g sugar
- Lemon
Instructions
- Layer the phyllo sheets individually, buttered, into the pan, with pistachios in between.
- Cut into diamonds.
- Bake at 170 °C for about 45 min. until golden.
- Pour cold sugar syrup over the hot pastry and let it soak.
