Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 150 g short-grain rice
- 1 l milk
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Vanilla
- Hazelnuts
Instructions
- Parboil the rice in water, then simmer with milk and sugar.
- Lightly thicken with cornstarch.
- Pour into ramekins.
- Broil in a water bath until golden, then chill.
