Ingredients · for 6 servings
- 1 l milk
- 150 g sugar
- 80 g rice flour
- Cornstarch
- Vanilla, cinnamon
Instructions
- Cook the milk with sugar, rice flour and cornstarch into a pudding.
- Pour into a sugared, shallow dish.
- Deliberately caramelize the bottom on the stovetop (dark!).
- Chill, roll into strips and serve with cinnamon.
