Instructions

  1. Cook the milk with sugar, rice flour and cornstarch into a pudding.
  2. Pour into a sugared, shallow dish.
  3. Deliberately caramelize the bottom on the stovetop (dark!).
  4. Chill, roll into strips and serve with cinnamon.
