- 150 g powdered sugar
- Semolina, flour
- Hazelnuts
- Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Knead a soft dough from butter, sugar, semolina and flour.
- Shape into balls, top each with a hazelnut.
- Bake until golden.
- Pour cold syrup over the hot cookies.
