- 1 l milk
- Semolina
- Eggs, vanilla
- Lemon syrup
Instructions
- Cook a semolina custard from milk, semolina and eggs.
- Fill between buttered phyllo layers.
- Bake until golden.
- Pour cold syrup over the hot pastry.
