Instructions

  1. Tear the phyllo dough into pieces and let it dry in the air for 2 hours.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy, then stir in the yogurt, oil, orange juice and zest.
  3. Fold in the baking powder and the torn dough.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
  5. Cook a syrup from sugar, water, cinnamon and orange zest and pour it hot over the cooled cake.
