Ingredients · for 6 servings
- 6 apples
- 150 g sugar
- 80 g butter
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- Crème fraîche
Instructions
- Melt the sugar into caramel in an ovenproof pan, stir in the butter.
- Arrange the apple wedges tightly and braise for 10 min.
- Lay the puff pastry on top and tuck in the edges.
- Bake 25 min. at 190 °C, cool briefly and invert.
