Instructions

  1. Melt the sugar into caramel in an ovenproof pan, stir in the butter.
  2. Arrange the apple wedges tightly and braise for 10 min.
  3. Lay the puff pastry on top and tuck in the edges.
  4. Bake 25 min. at 190 °C, cool briefly and invert.
