- 500 g cherries
- 3 eggs
- Milk, cream
- Flour, sugar
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Place the cherries in a buttered dish.
- Pour the batter of eggs, milk and flour over the top.
- Bake at 180 °C for 35 min.
- Serve lukewarm with powdered sugar.
