- 200 g dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 30 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Stir in the egg yolks.
- Whip the egg whites with sugar until stiff and fold in.
- Chill for at least 4 hrs.
