Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 300 g desalted salt cod (bacalao)
2 onions
1 green pepper- 6 eggs
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Parsley
Salt
Instructions
- Braise the onions and pepper very slowly in olive oil until soft (20 minutes).
- Flake the salt cod and cook briefly with the vegetables.
- Mix with the beaten eggs and parsley.
- Set in the pan for 3 minutes per side, flipping once.
