Ingredients · for 4 servings
500 g potatoes
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
100 g peas
1 carrot
1 onion- 6 eggs
- 200 ml olive oil
Salt
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes and onions in olive oil until soft.
- Separately soften the peppers, carrot and peas.
- Drain everything and fold into the beaten eggs.
- Set in the pan for 4 minutes per side, flipping once.
- Serve lukewarm in wedges.
