- 250 g saganaki cheese
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- Honey
Instructions
- Briefly rinse the cheese slice and coat in flour.
- Fry in hot oil 1–2 min. per side until golden.
- Drizzle with lemon.
- Serve with honey if desired – eat immediately.
