Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g feta
- Kalamata olives
- Red onion
- Oregano, olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges, slice the cucumber.
- Mix with onion rings and olives.
- Top with the feta as a whole slab.
- Finish with oregano and plenty of olive oil.
