Ingredients · for 6 servings
- 800 g waxy potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 200 g peas
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 200 g canned tuna
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 100 g green olives

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water until tender, then let them cool.
- Cut everything into small, even cubes.
- Fold in the peas, the flaked tuna and the chopped eggs.
- Gently combine with the mayonnaise and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve garnished with olives and a little egg.
