- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cloves garlic
- Dill
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Coarsely grate the cucumber and squeeze out very well.
- Stir together with yogurt, grated garlic and dill.
- Season with salt and a dash of olive oil.
- Chill for at least 30 min. before serving.
