Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 40 grape leaves
- 200 g rice
- Scallions
- Dill, mint
- Lemon
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the rice with herbs, scallions and oil.
- Place 1 tsp filling on each grape leaf and roll up tightly.
- Pack the rolls tightly into a pot, cover with water and lemon.
- Weight down and simmer gently for 40 min., serve lukewarm or cold.
