Instructions

  1. Mix the rice with herbs, scallions and oil.
  2. Place 1 tsp filling on each grape leaf and roll up tightly.
  3. Pack the rolls tightly into a pot, cover with water and lemon.
  4. Weight down and simmer gently for 40 min., serve lukewarm or cold.
