- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- Mint, oregano
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Lemon
Instructions
- Knead all the ingredients together and chill for 15 min.
- Shape into small balls and coat in flour.
- Fry in olive oil until golden all over.
- Serve with lemon and tzatziki.
