Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 8 slices of rustic white bread
- 4 very ripe tomatoes
2 garlic cloves- 6 tbsp good olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- While still warm, rub them with the cut side of a garlic clove.
- Rub halved tomatoes firmly over the bread until only the skin is left.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt.
