Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. While still warm, rub them with the cut side of a garlic clove.
  3. Rub halved tomatoes firmly over the bread until only the skin is left.
  4. Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt.
