Pancakes with Apple Sauce

Ingredients · for 4 servings
250 g flour
500 ml milk
4 eggs
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp sugar
Butter for frying
400 g apple sauce
Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Whisk the flour, milk, eggs, sugar and salt into a smooth batter and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Melt a little butter in the pan.
- Pour in a thin ladle of batter, swirl it out and bake for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Stack the pancakes and keep them warm.
- Fill with apple sauce, roll up and dust with cinnamon sugar.
