Instructions

  1. Whisk the flour, milk, eggs, sugar and salt into a smooth batter and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Melt a little butter in the pan.
  3. Pour in a thin ladle of batter, swirl it out and bake for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Stack the pancakes and keep them warm.
  5. Fill with apple sauce, roll up and dust with cinnamon sugar.
