Instructions

  1. Stir the oats into the milk and let them soak overnight in the fridge.
  2. The next morning stir in the yogurt and honey.
  3. Coarsely grate the apples and mix them with lemon juice right away so they stay light.
  4. Fold in the grated apple and the chopped nuts.
  5. Serve dusted with cinnamon.
