Ingredients · for 4 servings
200 g rolled oats
400 ml milk
250 g plain yogurt
2 apples
50 g hazelnuts
2 tbsp honey
1 lemon
Cinnamon
Instructions
- Stir the oats into the milk and let them soak overnight in the fridge.
- The next morning stir in the yogurt and honey.
- Coarsely grate the apples and mix them with lemon juice right away so they stay light.
- Fold in the grated apple and the chopped nuts.
- Serve dusted with cinnamon.
