Semolina Pudding

Ingredients · for 4 servings
1 l milk
150 g soft wheat semolina
60 g sugar
1 pinch salt
1 vanilla pod
20 g butter
Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Bring the milk to the boil with the sugar, salt and the scraped-out vanilla seeds.
- Trickle in the semolina while stirring constantly.
- Let it swell over gentle heat for 5 minutes, stirring all the while.
- Stir in the butter.
- Spoon into bowls and serve with cinnamon sugar or compote.
