- 450 g flour
- 350 g ground beef
- 1 pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Knead a yeast dough and let it rise for 40 min.
- Mix the ground meat with the vegetables and spices.
- Shape the dough into boats, fill, fold in the edges.
- Bake at 230 °C for 12–15 min. until golden, brush with beaten egg.
