Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 400 g flour
- 250 g ground beef
- 2 tbsp red pepper paste
- 1 tomato
- Parsley
- Lemon
Instructions
- Knead a yeast dough and let it rise for 20 min.
- Finely mix the ground meat with pepper paste, tomato and spices.
- Roll the dough paper-thin, spread the topping thinly.
- Bake at the highest oven setting for 6–8 min., roll up with lemon.
