Instructions

  1. Knead a yeast dough and let it rise for 20 min.
  2. Finely mix the ground meat with pepper paste, tomato and spices.
  3. Roll the dough paper-thin, spread the topping thinly.
  4. Bake at the highest oven setting for 6–8 min., roll up with lemon.
