Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 300 g coarse bulgur
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pepper
- 1 onion
- Butter
- 600 ml broth
Instructions
- Sauté the onion and pepper in butter.
- Briefly toast the tomato paste, add the bulgur.
- Pour in the broth, simmer gently for 10–12 min.
- Let rest for 5 min. and fluff up.
