- 6 stale bread rolls
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 400 g mushrooms
- 200 ml cream
- Parsley
Instructions
- Mix the diced bread rolls with warm milk, eggs and onion, let rest.
- Shape into dumplings and simmer gently for 15 min.
- Sear the mushrooms well, pour in the cream.
- Plate the dumplings with mushroom cream and parsley.
