- 300 g spinach
- 1 bread roll
- 2 eggs
- Onions
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix the spinach with the bread roll, egg and herbs for the filling.
- Roll out the dough, spread the filling, roll up and portion.
- Poach in broth for 12 min.
- Slice and fry with onions until golden.
