- 400 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 300 g ground beef
- 400 g yogurt
- Garlic
- Butter, pul biber
Instructions
- Knead a firm pasta dough and let it rest for 30 min.
- Roll thin, cut into small squares, fill with ground meat and seal.
- Boil in salted water for 8–10 min.
- Arrange with garlic yogurt and paprika butter, top with mint.
