  1. Braise the ground meat with tomato, cinnamon and wine into a sauce.
  2. Cook the pasta and mix with a little cheese.
  3. Layer: pasta, meat sauce, pasta – top with béchamel.
  4. Bake at 180 °C for about 45 min. until golden.
