- 500 g macaroni
- 500 g ground beef
- Tomatoes
- Cinnamon
- Béchamel sauce
- Cheese
Instructions
- Braise the ground meat with tomato, cinnamon and wine into a sauce.
- Cook the pasta and mix with a little cheese.
- Layer: pasta, meat sauce, pasta – top with béchamel.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 45 min. until golden.
