Instructions

  1. Brown the mince in olive oil until crumbly, then add the onion and garlic.
  2. Deglaze with red wine and let it reduce.
  3. Add the tomatoes, cinnamon and bay leaf and simmer gently for 25 minutes.
  4. Cook the spaghetti al dente and drain.
  5. Serve the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle generously with cheese.
