Ingredients · for 4 servings
500 g spaghetti
600 g minced beef
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
700 g passata
1 tsp cinnamon
1 bay leaf
100 ml red wine
150 g kefalotyri or Parmesan
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Brown the mince in olive oil until crumbly, then add the onion and garlic.
- Deglaze with red wine and let it reduce.
- Add the tomatoes, cinnamon and bay leaf and simmer gently for 25 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti al dente and drain.
- Serve the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle generously with cheese.
