Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 peppers
- 200 g rice
- Mint
- Parsley
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cut off the tops, hollow out the vegetables, chop the flesh.
- Mix the rice with the flesh, herbs and oil.
- Fill the vegetables, set the tops back on, tuck potato wedges in between.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 50 min.
