- 800 g gnocchi
- 2 bunches basil
- 50 g pine nuts
- 50 g parmesan
- Garlic
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Blend the basil, pine nuts, parmesan and oil into pesto.
- Cook the gnocchi until they float.
- Toss with a little cooking water and the pesto.
- Serve with parmesan and pine nuts.
