- 300 g risotto rice
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 l broth
- White wine
- Parmesan
- Butter
Instructions
- Sear the mushrooms well and set aside.
- Sweat the rice until translucent, deglaze with white wine.
- Add hot broth ladleful by ladleful, stirring for 18 min.
- Stir in the mushrooms, butter and parmesan – serve creamy.
