- 300 g spinach
- 200 g feta
- Onion
- Butter
Instructions
- Knead a soft dough and let it rest for 30 min.
- Roll paper-thin, top with the spinach-cheese mixture.
- Fold closed and press the edges together.
- Fry in the pan on both sides in butter until golden.
