Ingredients · for 6 servings
- 4 sheets yufka
- 300 g ground beef or potatoes
- Onion
- Oil-milk mixture
- Sesame
Instructions
- Fry the filling until fragrant.
- Brush the yufka, spread the filling along the edge and roll up.
- Coil into a spiral in the dish.
- Brush, sprinkle with sesame, bake 35 min. at 180 °C.
