- 400 g flour
- 300 g ground beef
- Pepper, onion
- Parsley
- Butter
Instructions
- Knead the yeast dough and let it rest.
- Mix the ground meat with finely chopped vegetables.
- Roll the dough very long and thin, top thinly.
- Bake at the highest heat for 8–10 min. until crisp.
