- 450 g flour
- 250 g ground beef
- Kaşar cheese
- 2 eggs
- Butter
Instructions
- Knead the yeast dough and let it rise.
- Shape into long boats, fill with meat and cheese and almost seal.
- Bake, cracking an egg on top shortly before it's done.
- Brush hot with melted butter.
