- 400 g flour, 2 eggs
- 300 g ground beef
- Yogurt, garlic
- Butter, pul biber
- Broth
Instructions
- Roll out the dough, cut into squares, top openly with ground meat.
- Pinch the corners together and place on a sheet.
- Bake until golden, then briefly soak in broth.
- Serve with garlic yogurt and paprika butter.
