- 300 g potatoes or ground meat
- Onion
- Oil/butter
- Yogurt
Instructions
- Knead a soft dough and let it rest.
- Stretch paper-thin by hand.
- Sprinkle with the filling, roll up, coil into a spiral.
- Bake at 200 °C for 30 min. until crisp, serve with yogurt.
