- 400 g flour
- 250 g white cheese
- Parsley
- Oil for frying
- Yogurt (in the dough)
Instructions
- Knead a supple dough, roll thin.
- Place cheese filling on circles, fold into half-moons.
- Deep-fry in plenty of hot oil – they puff up.
- Serve hot.
