Ingredients · for 6 servings
- 6 sheets yufka or pasta dough
- 400 g white cheese
- Parsley
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Briefly boil each pastry sheet individually in salted water.
- Layer buttered into the dish, with cheese and parsley in between.
- Brush the top with butter and egg.
- Bake at 180 °C for 40 min. until golden.
