- 400 g yeast dough
- 1 kg onions
- Anchovy fillets
- Black olives
- Thyme
Instructions
- Slowly braise the onions until golden for 40 min.
- Roll out the dough and spread with the onions.
- Arrange the anchovies in a lattice, scatter the olives.
- Bake at 200 °C for 25 min. – good warm or cold.
