- 600 g beef
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Rice pilaf
Instructions
- Sear the meat, add the onions.
- Toast in the tomato paste and tomatoes.
- Cover with water and braise gently for 60 min. until tender.
- Serve over rice pilaf.
