- Yufka/lavash
- Tomato sauce
- Yogurt
- Butter
Instructions
- Grill the ground meat skewers.
- Roll up in thin yufka and cut into pieces.
- Arrange upright, pour tomato sauce over.
- Finish with yogurt and hot butter.
