- 1.5 kg lamb shoulder
- Butter
- Garlic
- Thyme
- Rice pilaf
Instructions
- Salt the lamb and rub with butter and garlic.
- Seal tightly in foil or a roasting pan.
- Slow-cook at 150 °C for 3.5–4 hrs.
- Shred and serve over pilaf.
