- 800 g sliced lamb
- Onion juice
- Yogurt
- Black pepper
- Lavash
Instructions
- Marinate the lamb slices overnight in onion-yogurt marinade.
- Stack and thread onto a skewer, or fry in a pan.
- Slice or fry until crisp on the outside.
- Serve on small skewers with lavash.
