- 500 g cubed lamb
- 3 eggplants
- 300 g yogurt
- Garlic
- Butter, pul biber
Instructions
- Roast the eggplants over a flame and mix with garlic yogurt.
- Sear the meat cubes well.
- Arrange the meat over the eggplant yogurt.
- Pour paprika butter over the top.
