- 400 g spaghetti
- 500 g ground beef
- Celery, carrot, onion
- Tomatoes
- Red wine
- Parmesan
Instructions
- Sauté a soffritto of celery, carrot and onion.
- Brown the ground meat well, deglaze with red wine.
- Add the tomatoes and braise gently for at least 1 hr.
- Serve with spaghetti and parmesan.
