- 400 g pizza dough
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 250 g mozzarella
- Basil
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven with a pizza stone or sheet to its highest setting.
- Stretch the dough thin, spread with tomato sauce.
- Tear the mozzarella and distribute it.
- Bake 8–10 min., finish with basil and oil.
