Setas al Ajillo

Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 600 g mixed mushrooms
6 garlic cloves- 1 dried chilli
100 ml olive oil- A splash of white wine
Parsley
Salt
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into even pieces.
- Gently infuse the sliced garlic and chilli in the olive oil until pale golden.
- Fry the mushrooms over high heat until the liquid has evaporated.
- Deglaze with white wine, season with salt and scatter with plenty of parsley.
