Instructions

  1. Trim the artichokes, halve them and drop them straight into lemon water.
  2. Pre-cook for 10 minutes in salted water and drain well.
  3. Brush the cut surfaces with olive oil and grill 4 minutes per side on the hot plancha.
  4. Drizzle with garlic-parsley oil and serve with coarse salt.
