Alcachofas a la Plancha

Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 8 fresh artichokes
- 1 lemon
4 garlic cloves- 5 tbsp olive oil
Parsley- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Trim the artichokes, halve them and drop them straight into lemon water.
- Pre-cook for 10 minutes in salted water and drain well.
- Brush the cut surfaces with olive oil and grill 4 minutes per side on the hot plancha.
- Drizzle with garlic-parsley oil and serve with coarse salt.
